The first UKON PASTA WORKSHOP
Curcumin boasts a long resume of uses since ancient times and its use as a spice and medicine has been indispensable for centuries. Join us as we discuss the healing characteristics of Ukon and explore its application as a cooking spice and food seasoning. The workshop will focus on preparing a pasta dough with basic ingredients infused with the goodness of Kangen Ukon. Cooking and tasting will follow if time permits.
